How to use Instahealth's Food Diary App (www.fooddiary.online)
Step 1: Open your internet browser (Google chrome, Mozilla firefox, Internet explorer or Safari) on your Android/ Windows/ iOS device and click on the search bar and type in ‘fooddiary.online’ as shown below:
Step 2: Once the login page opens, enter your assigned email id and password and click on ‘Let’s Go’
Step 3: This is how your food diary account will look like once you’re logged in. Scroll left or right to go to a previous or later date. For example in the below scenario we will add food pictures for Aug 19, 2020.
Step 4: First select a date for which you wish to log your food intake. Click on the camera icon and enter your meal time along with a picture of your meal. You can also add in a few additional pointers (optional) in the ‘Notes’ section and click on ‘Done’ when you’re ready.
Step 5: Your breakfast meal is now logged! Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make a new entry for your next meal by clicking on the camera icon as shown below. You can edit your past entries as well by clicking the edit icon, if you need to.
