'YourCompanyName' Nutrition Challenge
for Employees

Nutrition Challenge is a unique gamified offering which helps people inculcate healthy living habits over a period of 10 weeks. Our method has shown proven results by way of bite-sized lifestyle habits instilled one-at-a-time without affecting people's daily routine  We advise and handhold people through a 10 week process with a set of simple life-changing habits which are required to be followed cumulatively week after week. For example,
Week 1: Habit 1
Week 2: Habit 1 + Habit 2
Week 3: Habit 1 + Habit 2 + Habit 3 
and so on. 

​For Corporates, this has been effective reason to 
#livehealthy and inculcate healthy habits. ​Research has shown that tiny habits, instilled one at a time are made to stay forever.

We branded and conducted 1st edition of a unique event of its kind — 10-week long “Nutrition Challenge” for Eli Lilly & Company (100+ year old US Pharma giant). ​The 10-week long event was entirely curated by us. There were series such posters, documents and standees built during the duration of the event.

Step 1:Invitation and About
  • We send out a branded event poster "CompanyName Nutrition Challenge" as an invitation for employees to enrol / participate. 
  • The event generally spans over 10 weeks and contains activities such as:
           - Motivational/Inspiring content emailers
           - Habit building nudges
           - Individual consultations
           - Healthy topic webinars (monthly) with open QnA sessions.

Step 2: Data Collection
  • Collection of individual employee data via a web form. Details such as height, weight, BMI, waist in inches, preferences, sleep cycle, energy levels, daily routine among other lifestyle related parameters.
  • Everyone signs / pledges to #livehealthy and inculcate healthy living habits over a period of next 10 weeks.

Step 3: Kick-Off & Stage Set-up
  • On a pre-decided start date, we kick-off with a LIVE webinar for participants where Nutritionist Vasundhara explains the methods and rules for a set of activities which are going to be shaping lives of participants during the next 10 weeks.
  • We set up a dedicated portal with an online support channel to handhold you in your journey to #livehealthy throughout the duration of challenge.

Step 4: Challenge launch via video!
  • Generally, on the same evening, first challenge launched via a Youtube video by Nutritionist Vasundhara.
  • An emailer is sent out as well so that you do not miss it.
  • Now tomorrow is going to be huge, when you are starting on your (big) journey (and commitment) to inculcate healthy living habits.

Step 5: Weekly Inspiration / Motivation
  • We send out a motivational emailer mid-week to ensure that everyone stays on track and is inspired enough to stay on track with the daily habits they have begun with.

Step 6: Compliance Data Collection
  • We make you accountable for your entire week's effort now. You fill a compliance form (online) after every week to declare (to yourself) that you followed the challenge throughout the week. 
  • If you enter fake, you lie to yourself.

Step 7: Eat, Do, Repeat ... Week on Week
  • We repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 every week
  • Now begins the real challenge:  You will need to follow the guidelines cumulatively. This means that in week 2, you have to follow week 1 guideline + week 2 guideline and week 3 = week 1 + 2 + 3 and so on.
  • We're getting closer to a healthier you :)

  • Yay! We're meeting again over a LIVE knowledge webinar and an open house QnA session
  • Don't forget, this is the week when we area also filling data form again (as we did in step 1). Time for a check!

Step 8: Go on and on ... week 6, 7,8,9 all the way up to week 10
  • We repeat steps 4,5,6 and 7 every week until week 10

  • We meet again over a LIVE knowledge webinar and an open house QnA session
  • We fill data form again (as we did in step 1)
  • Here's where you feel changes in you and share your experiences with us. 
  • We say good bye with a never-to-break promise of continuing these healthy living habits ... forever.

How does it work?
A new challenge will be unleashed every week. You have to follow the simple activity put before you, changing your lifestyle, one step at a time. Every week, you would also need to share how much of it you've really followed via an online adherence form.

Every week things get more interesting. You will need to follow the Week 1 + Week 2 challenge. Similarly, tasks keep getting added every week and that's the real challenge!

What's in it for INDIVIDUALs?
Healthy habits build over time - that too one at a time. So, when you build one new healthy living habit by following it for an entire week and then add another one to it, you'll see the difference yourself. From having higher energy levels, better sleep quality, weight management to better skin and hair, it will all start adding up and show in each of you! (Only if you follow it diligently like a daily ritual).
Why are we doing this?
In short, to inculcate healthy living habits, alongside having fun!

Diet, along with some physical activity can bring a huge difference in keeping you healthy and prevent lifestyle related diseases. Also, when things are done in a gamified way (like this challenge) they are more impactful and bring greater results. Regular monitoring of your diligence is done when you'll fill forms every week will ensure changes are brought about, ultimately.
Who can participate?
​Anyone, who is willing to make the effort and bring about positive change in their life with diet and nutrition. The guidelines will have case-basis specifications, wherever needed, for lifestyle conditions like diabetes, PCOD, Hypothyroidism etc. or physiological conditions such as pregnancy and lactation.
What will EMPLOYEES get to start it off?
We give you one guideline every week that you work at integrating into your daily life. The guidelines will be easy but nevertheless challenging as they progressively add up every week. By the end of 10 weeks you will be doing 10 different things or 10 things differently from the way you are currently doing and you will permanently be on your way to better health.
